When you write, include what you asked for and the reference Audivo showed you, if any (it starts with req_). Never send us an API key.
Using Audivo in ChatGPT or Claude
Add Audivo from the assistant’s apps or connectors, sign in to your Audivo account when it asks, and choose Allow. Then ask for an episode by name or link. Setup for each assistant is in Connect your client.
To disconnect an assistant, open the dashboard, go to Settings → Connected apps, and choose Disconnect. It stops working within five minutes.
Credits
Transcription spends credits: about one per audio minute, and less for an episode already transcribed. Your balance and history are on the dashboard; how credits are charged is in Credits. Only transcription spends credits: searching, browsing and reading a transcript you already have are free.
Your data
You can export your data or close your account from the dashboard, under Settings → Account. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
